On my Samsung Acclaim, I have to go to Settings > Applications and check the Unknown Sources Option in order to install non-Market apps. I would assume it would be similar with other Samsung phones running Android.

Hi all,

I have made an android application which basically can not work on SDK as it measures RSSI values and uses it for some other purpose. I am trying to install it on my friends AT&T galaxy phone but its not getting installed because it is not registered with android market place. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Also i have tried removing the sim card and tried to install the app but still it is not working. Please Help.
