Richard, with respect to your question about Realm Linux, I'm confident
that those of us (such as myself) who use Realm Linux or develop Realm
Linux already have access to resources for development and testing. I
don't think that a new server would be that much more help.

Also, let's not forget that investing in a multi-user server is NOT just
a one-time financial investment. We must also consider back-ups,
intrusion monitoring, hardware failure, and perhaps a few other
considerations.
