OKAY!

Got some semblance of a project page going. I would like to apologize
profusely for my lack of adequate verbage, but thats a wiki right?
Other more smarter people can go in and make it less atrocious.

On a more serious note, this is going to be a project by the community
for the community, so if you have a thought and a second to spare, hop
on over to the site and leave your mark. Request a feature. Add some
explaination at the bottom of the page to a specific goal, or some
references. Call dibs on features. Or even just hit up the Talk page
to say 'hey, I'm interested. count me in'

Thanks
~Alex
