Yeah, that would be Dr. Jasper's thing.  He maintains what's kind of a version of the Realm Kit for Fedora (currently at FC8, with plans to move it to 10 in the summer).

It doesn't have all of the automated administration tools that the RHEL Realm does, but it does have AFS and supports unityid logins and grabs all the tokens it needs.

This may or may not be what you heard about, but it's the only Fedora that uses AFS that I know of on State.
