Ubuntu Eee had to change its name (it is now called Easy Peasy, yuck) because Canonical didn't want "Ubuntu" anywhere in the name. I think uRealmtu might be different enough, but something simple like "Ubuntu Realm" would probably not be accepted by Canonical and would have to be changed.

I personally kinda like uRealmtu. :)
