I was curious so I went to yahoo and tried to watch the trailer for
the new Borat movie and had no problems watching the clip. I am
running Ubuntu 6.06 + firefox + mplayerplug-in + windows codecs. I
have found in my experience that the mplayerplug-in
(http://mplayerplug-in.sourceforge.net/) is a great addition to any
linux system as it takes care of most media embedded in web sites. It
may be installed on Ubuntu systems with "apt-get install
mozilla-mplayer". I can't remember where I got the deb package with
the windows codecs but they're not to hard to find.
