I thought there might someone on this list that would find this
information useful so I am posting it here.

Yesterday I decided to get my Ubuntu box up and running with the AFS
services at NCSU. I documented the steps in case it might be of use
to anyone else. It actually takes only a couple of minutes to get
everything working.
