Hello, I've run into a strange problem. Courses.ncsu.edu is a common
destination of mine while taking a class, and I've noticed recently
that its firewall likes to block me sometimes while I'm at work. I
can connect just fine through a proxy, and from a campus computer, but
it doesn't like my work IP address. Now, I do work at a large campus,
(IBM over in east Durham) so I imagine that the site is getting hit
repeatedly from one IP address (since it seems lots of folks share one
external IP) and blocking the IP address. Is that what's happening?
Is there anyway around it?

Oh, and to stay on topic, I'm connecting from an Ubuntu box ;-)
