Basically ncsu-max is 802.11a (so only 5GHz and less congested
theoretically than 2.4GHz), but also know there are 2.4 and 5 AP's as
"ncsu" too.

Quote (from the article):
"Please remember that only those users with newer wireless client
cards that support 802.11a will be able to see and connect to this
SSID."
