Wolfpack Welcome Week is holding an event this Tuesday 2-4pm for us to
show off our club. There will be free ice cream and impressionable
young minds. Would you all be interested in coming with me to
participate and find some cool people to join us?

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all enjoying your last few days of the summer break.

I’m contacting you to remind you about signing up for having a table
at the wolfpack welcome week.  As the event is next week, Rick would
appreciate it if you would send him an email by Friday morning so that
he can make that enough tables are available, though the earlier the
better.

This event will be held Tuesday, from 2-4PM behind Burlington Labs.



Keep in mind that this a free event to advertise your presence to
incoming freshman, and this event will be specifically advertised to
engineering students.  Moreover, planning is minimal: tables will be
provided, advertisement will be taken care of by Page Hall, and ice
cream is being brought in as a further incentive for students to come.
All you need to do is bring people and whatever you would like to
give out (flyers, pens, etc… )

The success of this event depends on a high participation of
organizations, and so I hope that you will consider participating in
this event.

Sorry about filling up your inboxes – I just want to make sure that we
get a high participation at this event. At our next Presidents
Roundtable meeting, currently scheduled for September 15th, we will
discuss what method works best for communicating with organizations.
