Hi,

I have joined a forum called OSUM. The Open-Source University Meet-Up
(OSUM) is a student developer organization, brought up by Sun
Microsystems, that educates its members about the latest open-source
technologies in a fun and engaging way. I am writing this mail so that
the news spreads out and any interested persons can take advantage of
this initiative.

It is sponsored by Sun as a Part of its Academic Initiative. The
intention is to provide students with more new technology in open
source world. Along with that they provide lots of online courses and
certifications at discount rates to the members. It can also help
student get certified with real world technologies like java, Sun
SPOT, OpenSolaris and many more. Additional benefits to becoming a
member include:

路 Hands-on training via Tech Demos and Student Projects

路 Free and low-cost student resources, such as the Sun
Academic Initiative
http://www.sun.com/solutions/landing/industry/education/sai/index.xml
featuring free training and discounted certification

路 Access to Sun's University Recruiting, which features
internships and full-time positions for students and new graduates

路 Calendar of campus events focused on topics of interest to you

Here with I am attaching the two documents reporting the needed
information for registering to the Sun's Academic initiative (SAI)
program. Please circulate it to all interested members. It's really
valuable tools for students.

Please let me know if you need more info.
