This Saturday is the Spring 2008 Linux Installfest! Come and bring a
computer to install Linux, or get answers to your Linux-related
questions. Linux-savvy members, come volunteer to help with
installations or with those who come with questions.

Linux is maturing rapidly. It is increasingly user-friendly, free,
and secure from the hassles of ad/spyware, viruses, and bloat that
accompanies most Windows PCs. If you haven't considered Linux before,
now is a good time to check it out.

If you're a heavy gamer or just can't leave Windows behind, we can
install Linux on the same drive as Windows. We recommend you first
disable memory paging and defragment your hard drive twice before you
come, as this can be time-consuming.
