All, (sorry if this is a dupe)

I want to be able to set the default homepage for all new users to something other than start.ubuntu.com when using Xubuntu 8.04. I've figured out that if I create a Desktop dir in /etc/skel and put a .desktop file in there then I can create a desktop link to the page I want, but I really want to have the homepage set as well for direct opening. I've tried editing all the places I could find browser.startup.homepage in /usr/lib/firefox-3.0 and /usr/share/ubufox, but to no affect. In fact, if I change any of the ones that say chrome:// then it seems to load nothing at all. I haven't been able to find anywhere that has startup.ubuntu.com to try editing that. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

Thanks
-Joe
