I had fixed a problem with my wi-fi by installing some backports packages for the 2.6.31-14.16 kernel from the main repositories. After a couple of days, when the kernel was upgraded to 16.29, the wi-fi problem recurred. I removed the new kernel and returned to 14.16 but the corresponding backports packages in the repository have been replaced with packages for kernel version 2.6.31-16.29.

Does anybody know how to obtain the backport packages for older kernels?

The packages I'm looking for are:
linux-backports-modules-karmic
linux-backports-modules-karmic-generic
linux-backports-modules-wireless-karmic-generic for 2.6.31-14.16
