ndiswrapper does not create the driver it just provides a wrapper around
the windows driver.

You can find the list of drivers and cards supported here:

That page tells you where you can correctly obtain the windows driver that
has been known to work with your card. What chipset is your card? (Hope
for bcm43xx fwcutter is now in the linux kernel.) You can get all the
information with lspci and then lspci -n and then look at the list...

So please, provide more specific details as to what is going wrong, and be
