This 2003 revision is new to me- I only had a 2003 draft in my records!

Rewriting our constitution is tricky in the club's present state- with little turnover and little expansion I don't know if our community attitude is stable enough that a rewrite would still be useful in 1-2 years when the current regulars have graduated. Any thoughts on how to deal with this? Should we just put the constitution up for overhaul every year?

Folks,

I read over the reddit discussion and I have two points to contribute.

The last version of the constitution you have is from 2000.  The last
version I have is from June 3rd, 2003.  I've attached the LaTeX source.
The only difference is it seems the Webmaster office was removed.

Whatever dicisions are made, I think this would be a most excellent time
to incorperate them properly into the constitution and have a document
that reflects the group as it is now.  Not the group as it was when I
was president.  ;-)

Secondly, have you folks considered donating the funds to the EFF, open
source projects, or other institutions that have similar goals to the
LUG @ NCSU?
