Announcing the 4th meeting of the TriLUG collective of 2005: DocBook and
how it can bring life to your otherwise mundane documentation! An
introduction and demonstration of the power of DocBook, including
dynamic generation of man, html, and other document formats. Ever
wondered how to get started generating single source multiple output
documentation for users, customers or even recruiters? Mark Johnson
will show us how to begin creating dynamic documents. The meeting will
be held, as is now customary, at Red Hat Headquarters in Raleigh,
Thursday April 14th at 7:00 PM EDT. Please see the website for directions.

The April TriLUG meeting is sponsored by:
Emu Software, based in Durham, N.C., is dedicated to making the
management of Linux applications easier and more robust so that more
companies and organizations can do more with Linux. Emu Software's
NetDirector provides a highly intuitive GUI-based system to centralize,
simplify and secure the ongoing change and configuration management of
popular Linux network edge applications, such as HTTP, DNS, DHCP, File
Sharing, Email and FTP. For more information, please visit

Sunday April 17, TriLUG will be staffing a table at RARSFest from 8:00
AM to 3:30 PM at the NC Fairgrounds. We are still in need of a few
volunteers to help at the table and to burn CDs. Please contact
steering@trilug.[redacted] if you can help.

Finally, TriLUG Steering Committee elections will be held during our May
meeting. Please submit all nominations for officers to
trilug@trilug.[redacted] or steering@trilug.[redacted] by Thursday May 15, 11:59 PM
EDT. Please note that even if incumbent officers decide to run again,
all five committee positions are to be reelected. This is your chance
to be a driving force behind one of the largest Linux Users Groups in
the US.

P.S. I apologize for the tardiness of the announcement. The responsible
party has been duly chastised.
