Yes. I get much higher speeds from virtually any website to my NCSU
computer than to my RoadRunner computer. I also get much higher speeds
from my NCSU computer to my RoadRunner computer than from virtually any
website to my RoadRunner computer. So I want to route internet traffic
(just port 80 will suffice) through my NCSU computer to see whether
speeds are generally improved.
