Subject: Open House volunteers

Hello All,

Thanks so much for agreeing to help with the event this coming Saturday.  The event is scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  As most of you know people will begin to show up early and we always seem to have a nice crowd still here up to the bitter end.

I just have a couple of items to share with you today.

*  Please let your association's volunteers know that they can pick up shirts early from Tammy Coats in room 1204D.  She has 20 long sleeve Ts and 70 + short sleeve Ts.  Long sleeve will go fast.  The student shirts will also be available for pick up from the volunteer lounge in 3265 by 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

*  Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your shift to cover transition time.  Shifts are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

*  Breakfast foods from Chick-fil-A, coffee and soft drinks will be available in the volunteer lounge (3265) at 8:00 a.m.  All volunteers are invited.

*  Lunch from Ruckus (best pizza in town and sandwiches) will be available in the volunteer lounge at 12:00 p.m.  All volunteers are invited.

*  Student association tables will be located in the Southeast corridor where rooms 1211E, 1211F and 1221 are located.

*  I would like to have a few volunteers to help man the refreshments table which will be in the atrium.
