Since I'm in the "my browser never closes" camp, I never see my homepage. In fact, I had to go look in Preferences to see what it is! (the standard Mozilla Google page). Firefox just loads up my previous tabs when I start the browser.

What are you looking for in a homepage? Just something to look at? What sort of information or features do you want it to have?

Just thought I'd throw out a quick poll:
What is your browser homepage set to? Why?

I currently set all my computers to just http://www.google.com/ but
I'm starting to look around again. I have found that iGoogle and
Netvibes don't really work for me, they're too heavyweight and I end
up going to the full versions of any of the gadgets on the page so
they don't actually save me time in the end. So I think I just need
something simple, and I'm thinking of making a simple HTML page that
looks a bit like Google Chrome's new tab feature. I can even use the
NewTabURL extension
( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2221 ) to set that page
to also open when I Ctrl+T. Now it's just a matter of making the
page...
