Not the right-click menu; the "Edit" menu is at the top of the window, next to the "File" and "View" menus.

Is "Edit menu" the "right-click menu"?  I tried that, but "Delete" never
appeared to the right of the Delete action.  Further testing revealed it
still isn't configured. What am I missing?
