My favorite room is the dining room of David's Dumplings, but of course I'm
not in any position to negotiate us away from a more productive on-campus
meeting :)

Screw it, let's do a social dinner. I hear one vote for David's Dumplings.

Wait, shouldn't we be using Discourse for this?

We've been using email for a very long time, at least for notification,
which I still use, so I would like to keep it to be alerted about club
meetings in the future. Any discussion beyond that is welcome to be taken
to another platform, if that is more convenient.

I think that's the best option and what I have been leaning toward. Email
retains its utility for announcements. Discussion moved to Discourse.

Hey everyone! My apologies for the late notice.

Does deconstructing one of our club servers (char) and replacing its memory
sound fun to you? If not, then what about dinner at Baja Burrito?

Because that's what the LUG will be doing on Tuesday October 18th starting
at 6:45pm (very soon!). We'll meet in our usual location (EBII 3001),
repair our server, then head out to eat to celebrate.

See everyone there!

Neill R.
