Subject : LUG: Trouble starting up a RealmKit installation

I\'ve tried a couple different CD boot images for realmkit installations and they all keep crashing to a kernel panic error at:

running install...
running /sbin/loader

I\'ve tried noprobe unsuccessfully, and I don\'t have any crazy odd hardware. Its a relatively old machine which has handled realmkit installs on it before but which is now being turned into a permanent realmkit/linux machine.

The error message is:
Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt

The top of the call stack is cdrom_start_packet_command.

Any ideas as to what I\'ve got goin on here? For reference, I\'ve gotten this w/ the FC2 and WS4.2 boot images.
