Hi. My name is Josh Pearce, I graduated from NCSU in May 2003 with a B.S. in Mathematics. Soon after I was hired by I. Kruger Inc. a division of Veolia Water, we are a water treatment technology company located in Cary. I work in the HMI/SCADA group where we design human interfaces to administer and control water treatment plant equipment. We are looking for another member in our group. The main qualifications are knowledge of PC hardware, some programming exposure, and computer graphics experience. Below are listed the official qualifications for this position. This position: Suitable candidate must have extensive PC hardware and general computer maintenance knowledge. Candidate must also have demonstrable aptitudes for logical thought and problem solving in a computer/software environment. Exposure to computer programming and/or scripting a definite plus.


Knowledge of: Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Windows NT/2000, NT/2000 networking. Experience with a commercial HMI package (Wonderware, Intellution, Cimplicity, etc.), AutoCAD, digital graphics creation/manipulation, 3D modeling, PLC programming, and Visual Basic/VBA and/or scripting languages a plus. Approximately 50-75% travel required
