ACC Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a Jr to Mid-level Solaris Systems Administrator. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity with our N. Raleigh client. Our client offers a great work environment and a substantial benefits package to include: profit sharing, 401k, etc.

Essential Functions:

Act as Jr/Mid-level Systems Admin, utilizing: My SQL, UNIX, Solaris, Oracle
Support field staff as first line of support
Ensure POSsystems stay up as close to 100% as possible
Assist with other PC Support issues while the system is running 100% without assistance
Reboot systems and re-establish connectivity when required

Minimum Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
2+ years of relevant experience with Solaris/UNIX in a systems administration role
PL/SQL, SQL scripting expertise
