Our client runs a Network Operations center and is seeking talented network support engineers with at least 1-2 years of experience to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring the IT/IS infrastructure operates without interruption in support of all service offerings. This includes monitoring of all systems, ticket/issue resolution and tracking, and escalation/outage management. You will also be responsible for managing all hardware infrastructure and support software to ensure full delivery of service offerings.

To be qualified you must:
Have a degree in Computer Science and 1 to 3 years of related experience. (computer lab experience included)
Have 1-3 years of network administration experience, ( 1 year of Unix administration is desired)

You must have good networking knowledge that includes; troubleshooting, routing through the internet, and general knowledge on systems administration
Other qualifications include; work ethic, flexibility, sincerity, customer service skills, common sense, professionalism and desire to increase skills.
