I'd also like to thank Daniel Marcus for his service in the LUG steering committee. He recently stepped down for lack of time, but we really appreciate all he's done to help the LUG.

An election will be held at our next regular meeting (date TBA, but Mar 23 or 30) to fill his position. Responsibilities for this position include public relations, acting as webmaster, and helping with organizing activities.

All candidates interested in the position should email me ahead of time and be present at the election. You'll be given time to explain how you'll be the best candidate, and we'll take a vote.
