JV Software Development Opportunities:

Experienced business owner and commercial real estate broker is seeking
a software development programmer and partner for two applications:

1 - Deal Tracker - non-web, networked relational database for
commercial real estate brokerage firms from 2 to 20 people in size;
tracks properties, prospects and deals in progress; activity and
forecast reports generated for property owners, brokerage and brokerage
office

2 - Sign Tracker - web based inventory of previously installed
commercial real estate site signs; allows customers to login to secure
website portal to view available signage inventory (maintained by sign
company) and place orders for the refurbishment, modification and
re-installation of existing signs at new sites

Applications to be sold regionally and possibly nationally.
