Hanging out in our IRC channel ( irc.freenode.net #ncsulug) is also a great way to become a part of our community in between meetings (e.g., during summer break).

Glad to have your help! You can come to the breezeway at 11:10 to help me get tables, then lay out the pizza. I'll be the guy in the hat

Hey,

My name is Steven, and although I haven't formally joined LUG, I've been following the mailing list for a while. If you still need volunteers for the pizza event tomorrow, I'd be happy to help where possible. Is there anything I would need to do beforehand or bring with me? I should be available until around 1:00.

Thanks.

Hello LUG,

I know people are busy during dead week but Cisco is sponsoring free pizza. Come to the middle of EBII this Wednesday at 11:30 for pizza from Marco's.  It's first come first serve but I'm told there will be about 70 pizzas.

I still need a few volunteers, if you decide to help you get a free Cisco T-Shirt.  Come out represent the LUG and our sponsors and get free pizza.
