I'll second the Gnome-Do; its FREAKIN AWESOME. (Default: Super+Space)

Additionally I bind Alt+K to launch a terminal.

Those are ALL of the shortcuts I use. No desktop shorties; no menus.

Alt+K - any and every console program

Super+Space - any and every graphical program

simple.easy.done.

ToDo?Email? I have no good answer. hopefully i'll learn something from you guys on that front :-P
